Suspension clamp:
Structure and Materials:
Aluminum plywood - made of corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy by pressure casting, this aluminum alloy has stable chemical properties, good atmospheric corrosion resistance, and good mechanical properties.
Rubber fixture - composed of rubber and central reinforcement, with ozone resistance, chemical resistance, weather aging resistance, high and low temperature performance, high strength and elasticity, and small compression deformation.
Bolt, flat washer, spring washer, nut, closed-end pin, U-shaped hanging ring - power standard parts.
Armor wire pre twisted - aluminum alloy wire customized according to predetermined mechanical properties and chemical composition, with high tensile strength, hardness, good elasticity, and strong rust resistance, capable of long-term use in harsh climatic environments.
Outer pre twisted wire - the same as the pre twisted wire of the protective rod.
Remaining cable rack:
Usage: Used for placing surplus optical cables during fiber optic cable splicing. Generally, each joint box is equipped with a surplus cable rack.
Ordering instructions: There are two types of remaining cable racks: pole and tower. If it is for pole use, the use pole needs to be provided
Joint box:
Purpose: Mainly used for connection protection of OPGW optical cable joints.
Structural features:
a. The Optical fiber connector and excess length adopt laminated fiber storage, and the joint protection form is heat shrinkable sleeve reinforcement.
b. The joint box is sealed with sealing rings and silicone, which is easy to operate and can be opened repeatedly, making it convenient for use and maintenance.
c. According to requirements, the optical cable joint box can be grounded and equipped with a dedicated tower or pole fixed installation bracket.
Shockproof hammer:
Composition: Galvanized cast iron hammer head, hot-dip galvanized steel strand, aluminum alloy wire clamp, stainless steel bolt, etc.
Purpose: To eliminate or reduce vibration caused by wind energy during the operation of optical cables to protect optical cables and hardware.
Features: Adopting a typical Harrow design, its basic principle is dynamic energy absorption, with a frequency coverage range of 6Hz-150Hz and four resonant frequencies within this range, which can meet the needs of various types of OPGW and have very effective vibration reduction effects.
