Product Introduction
High temperature resistant industrial sewing thread, also known as fiberglass thread, is made of alkali free and environmentally friendly glass fibers spun by a special industry. It is a highly high-temperature resistant industrial sewing thread. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, insulation, fire resistance and flame retardancy, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, climate resistance, high strength, high modulus, anti-static, and smooth appearance. Sewing on a high-speed industrial sewing machine does not cause untwisting, thus ensuring that the thread is smooth, lint free, and continuous during sewing.
Performance characteristics
1) Excellent heat resistance, with a maximum operating temperature of 600 ℃.
2) Lightweight, heat-resistant, small thermal capacity, and low thermal conductivity.
3) Corrosion resistance, aging resistance, climate resistance, non water absorption, non corrosion, non mold, and non insect infestation.
4) Good electrical insulation and anti-static performance.
5) Has good sound absorption and is higher than the average NRC requirement.
6) Glass fiber is an inorganic fiber, fireproof and non combustible: Class A - non combustible.
7) Glass fiber has high tensile strength and length stability.
8) According to usage requirements, it can be cut, sewn, and easy to construct.
