When installing the pipeline support or its components of the sliding bracket, the thermal displacement of the pipeline should be considered. The sliding surface of the guide bracket and sliding bracket should be clean and flat, and the moving parts such as balls, rollers, and rollers should have good contact with their supporting parts to ensure that the pipeline can expand freely. All moving parts of the movable bracket should be exposed and should not be covered by insulation layer. For pipelines with thermal displacement, the following inspections and adjustments should be made to the supports and hangers in a timely manner during thermal expansion. Whether the displacement direction, displacement amount, and guiding performance of the movable bracket meet the design requirements. Check for any detachment of the pipe bracket. Whether the fixed bracket is firm and reliable. When assembling the bracket, it should be shaped first and then tightened with locking buckles and bolts to ensure the neat and beautiful appearance of the bracket. After the adjustment of the support and hanger is completed, the screw threads of each connecting piece must be fully filled, and the locking nut should be locked tightly to prevent loosening. The spacing between brackets should be set correctly according to design requirements. After the installation and construction of the support and hanger are completed, the support should be wiped clean, and all exposed channel steel ends should be covered.
