1、 Product Overview:
The material is a 304 stainless steel filter element or security filter, which has a beautiful appearance, simple and reasonable structure, and uses internal and external polishing. It has the characteristics of low cost, small volume, large filtering area, fast filtering speed, low blockage rate, corrosion, and long service life. Adding different precision filter elements (such as PP filter element, wire wound core, folding filter element, ceramic filter element, and other different specifications and models of filter elements) internally can remove various small particles, colloids, metals, residual chlorine, and other impurities in water or air.

4、 Installation steps:
1. Clean the filter housing.
2. The inlet and outlet of the shell are connected to the filtration system pipeline. When connecting, pay attention to the direction to ensure that the filter element is in the outer water inlet and inner water outlet state
3. Open the plastic bag at the opening end of the filter element and check if the O-ring is intact and in place.
4. Wet the O-ring and filter holder socket with a suitable wetting agent (such as water).
5. Hold the end of the filter element close to the O-ring and insert the filter element socket vertically into the filter element holder socket.
6. After inserting all the filter elements, remove the filter element packaging bag, fasten the pressure plate to fix it, and then install the metal cover.
7. Open the vent valve at the top of the casing.
8. Slightly open the inlet valve to allow liquid to enter the casing until the liquid emerges from the vent valve at the top of the casing, and then close the vent valve.
9. Slowly adjust and open the downstream outlet valve until it opens.
10. Slowly adjust and open the inlet valve until the pressure drop between the upstream and downstream of the filter reaches 0.02Mpa (determine the initial pressure drop at flow rate). Sldcxq
