Due to the high strength of molding sand, the dimensional accuracy of castings is two levels higher than that of general damp mold sand, reaching IT8-10 levels. The subsequent processing allowance can be reduced, and tool wear is small.

4. The process is simple and easy to control

Resin sand molding belongs to the self hardening type, and the process points are guaranteed by the equipment. As long as the process parameters are mastered, the casting quality can be fully guaranteed. Therefore, the technical quality requirements for operators are low, and labor is saved, reducing labor intensity. The casting output per unit area of the workshop is double that of clay sand, and the sand cleaning efficiency is also significantly improved. At the same time, there are fewer dust points and scattered sand, so the working environment is relatively clean.
