Usage method
1. Insert the sampler into the dedicated measuring gun;
During the measurement, the molten steel sampler is tilted at 60-65 ° and inserted into the molten steel at a depth of over 350mm, with a sampling time of 4-6 seconds;
After taking out the sampler from the metal furnace or ladle, gently tap it on the ground, and the steel sample will fall to the ground.
Precautions
The sampler must be protected from moisture during storage;
2. The temperature of molten steel must be above 1500 ℃ for sampling;
3. Avoid strong vibrations to prevent quartz tube breakage;
When using, the sampler must be baked in a 60 ℃ oven for 10 hours;
