1、 Instrument Overview:

Anti rotation material level switchIt uses a micro motor as the driving device, and the transmission shaft is connected to the clutch. When there is no contact with the material, the motor operates normally. When the blade contacts the material, the motor stops rotating, and the detection device outputs a contact signal. At the same time, the power supply is cut off to stop rotating. When the material drops, the resistance on the blades disappears, and the detection device relies on a torsion spring to restore its original state. The torque of materials with different specific gravity can be adjusted.

2、 Measurement principle:

When the detected material rises to the blade position, the blade rotation is blocked, and this resistance is transmitted to the detection device inside the junction box. The detection device outputs a switch signal outward and cuts off the power to stop the blades from rotating.

When the material level drops, the blade resistance disappears, and the detection device relies on the tension of the spring to restore its original state. The spring tension is adjusted for different material densities. When the specific gravity is high, the spring tension is adjusted to strong or weak, and vice versa.

7、 Torque adjustment:

1. According to the different densities of the tested materials, the tension of the torque spring needs to be adjusted. When the specific gravity is high, the tension of the torque spring needs to be adjusted to be strong, otherwise it needs to be adjusted to be weak.

2. Do not replace the torque spring arbitrarily to avoid misoperation.

8、 Installation precautions:

1. Please confirm whether the power supply matches the voltage indicated on the label before installation.

2. It shall not be installed at the feed inlet. If it is unavoidable, protective baffle can be installed to protect the blade from material impact.

3. When installing horizontally, the wire inlet of the junction box should face vertically downwards, and the cable fixing nut must be locked tightly. If possible, a rain cover can be added.

4. Confirm whether to install horizontally or vertically before installation.

5. When installing horizontally, the blades are installed at an angle of 10-20 degrees from the horizontal downwards to reduce material impact. 6. According to the different densities of the tested materials, the tension of the torsion spring needs to be adjusted. When the specific gravity is high, the tension of the torsion spring needs to be adjusted to be strong, and vice versa.
