According to the classification and characteristics of the selected fuels for rotary kiln burners: natural gas, coke oven gas, blast furnace gas, converter gas, light hydrocarbon gas, calcium carbide furnace gas, submerged arc furnace gas, and other fuels. Based on these fuel characteristics, Zhengzhou Zhongwei Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. has designed a dedicated burner, collectively known as a gas burner.
The heating methods for rotary kiln burners are divided into two types: direct heating and indirect heating. Characteristics of rotary kiln burner:
