Startup inspection
After the rotary feeder is turned on, it is necessary to check the operation status of the transmission system. The noise during operation should be very low and there should be no abnormal sounds. The motor and reducer bearings operate reliably, and the temperature should be ≤ ambient temperature+70 ℃. The lubricating oil level should be between 1 tank and 2/3, and if the oil level is low, it should be replenished. Couplings and keys should be intact and undamaged.
Shutdown maintenance
Open the upper cover to check the quality and oil level of the lubricating oil. The lubricating sodium should be free of impurities and not deteriorate. If there are impurities, they should be replaced in a timely manner, and the oil level should be controlled at 1/2-2/3.
