Application
During granulation,the dispensed and mixed dry powder materials are fed into the upper hopper through the special feeder (pneumatic or mechanical) and conveyed to the pressure chamber through the spiral conveyor. The two high pressure extrusion wheels will press the materials into slices of high pressure density, which will be cut into small pieces by the cutting system and made into granules of desired sizes by the two-stage granule sizing system, so that the granulating process is completed.
Work principle
The LG roller compactor is mainly composed of the following parts: material conveying system, direction changing material conveying system, extrusion system, crushing system, front cover system, water colling system, granule sizing system, hydraulic system, machine body combination, cover plate combination and rotary screen system (not provided for partition installation).
Features
The whole machine is designed into two major parts such as machine body inside part and the work part outside the operation panel. All driving parts and auxiliary facilities are designed inside the machine. The work part that contact material is set outside the operation panel. The middle part is isolated by multiple sealing. The work part works under a fully closed status, and al parts that contact materials are convenient to assemble, disassemble and clean, so as to effectively avoid dust leakage,lower pollution possibilities and reduce cleaning area, fully meeting GMP requirements for medicine production.
