Evaporation of mixed oil: By utilizing the characteristics of almost non volatile oil and low boiling point and easy volatilization of solvents, coil steam heating is used to vaporize most of the solvent, thereby greatly increasing the concentration of oil in the mixed oil. The mixed oil phase enters the long tube evaporator tube side from the mixed oil tank, and the evaporated solvent enters the first evaporator condenser through the separation chamber; The concentrated mixed oil enters the second long tube evaporator for evaporation, and the evaporated solvent vapor enters the secondary condenser through the separation chamber. The solvent vapor from the second evaporator, as it does not contain water, flows directly into the circulating solvent tank after being cooled by a heat exchanger.
