Rewinding machine is a specialized equipment used for paper, mica tape, and thin film. Its purpose is to sequentially rewind the paper rolls (called raw paper rolls) produced by the paper machine, and the paper is then rewound into finished paper before leaving the factory. The use of AC drive instead of DC drive in the rewinder has become a development trend in the paper machinery industry. The paper roll made by the paper winder is relatively soft, and may be damaged or broken inside. The edges on both sides are irregular, and the paper width cannot be directly used in paper processing or printing machines. Most paper types (such as newsprint, Letterpress printing paper, wrapping paper, etc.) must be cut, cut, jointed by the rewinder, and rewound on the paper roll core to form a finished paper roll with certain specifications and tightness requirements before leaving the factory
