Our sterilization kettles are mainly used in various fields such as the food industry and medicine. It is a closed, pressurized heater used to heat& sterilize food sealed in a container. Different sterilization kettle systems can be used for different packaged foods that require commercial sterilization.

Round 2 :
1. If the product is packaged with gas or the appearance of the product is very stringent, you should choose a spray sterilization retort/kettle.
2. If the product has a high viscosity and the product needs to be rotated during the sterilization process, a rotarysterilization retort/kettle should be selected.
3. If the output is small or there is no boiler, you can consider using electric heating sterilization retort/kettle, theprinciple is that steam is generated by electric heating in the upper tank and sterilized in the lower tank.
4. If you consider saving energy, you can choose a double-layer sterilization retort/kettle. Its characteristic is that the upper tank is a hot water tank and the lower tank is a sterilization tank. The hot water of the upper tank can be reused, which can save a lot of steam and is suitable for a daily output of more than 10 tons(not exact data) food production companies.
BUT if the product is a glass bottle or tinplate, because the heating and cooling speeds are required to be controlled, so try not to choose a double-layer sterilization retort/kettle.
