1、 Equipment Introduction:    

The ACEMIEN Aisman mechanical PVC synthetic resin tile production line adopts multi-layer co extrusion technology, where the surface is an ASA layer, the middle is a skeleton layer, and the bottom is a wear-resistant layer. Production process of PVC synthetic resin tile equipment:

1- Mixing: Pour the raw materials (PVC resin, lightweight calcium carbonate, weather resistant engineering plastic ASA co extruded material, etc.) into the conical hopper of the mixing machine in a certain proportion (refer to the mixing plan for specific proportions). The raw materials are extracted by the fan and transported to the closed drum of the mixing machine through a spiral rod. After mixing, the materials are discharged into the stainless steel material box through the discharge port of the mixing machine. The material box is covered and a regular circular hole is dug in the middle of the cover. The discharge port is connected to the circular hole of the material box cover by a pipeline, forming a closed discharge space.

2- Feeding: The material box is transported to the extruder feeding machine, and the mixed raw materials are manually shoveled to the conical hopper of the feeding machine. The raw materials are transported to the conical hopper of the extruder through a spiral rod. The screw rod discharge port and the extruder inlet are connected with plastic bags to form a closed discharge space.

3- Extrusion: The raw material enters the extruder chamber and is electrically heated to around 200, resulting in a molten state. The resin in the molten state inside the equipment enters the closed mold cavity of the mold, fills the mold cavity, and the plastic is extruded to form a sheet-like resin (i.e. synthetic resin tile bottom layer). In order to make the finished product fireproof and other functions, the surface of the sheet resin is covered with a layer of ASA coating. Pour the ASA material into the conical hopper of the extruder supporting equipment, and directly cover the entire feeding port with a plastic bag during feeding. After heating the equipment for 175 degrees, ASA is melted and directly coated on the surface of the sheet resin, forming a uniform coating.

4- Forming: The sheet resin is embossed with double rollers and enters the molding machine to form a specification tile shape. The molding machine adopts a fan and circulating water for indirect cooling.

5- Cutting: Under the transmission of the forming machine, semi-finished tiles are cut into predetermined lengths of tiles.

6- Quality inspection display: After the tiles are cut and transmitted, the quality inspector should check whether the tiles meet the standards according to the predetermined length and thickness. Qualified products should be displayed according to the same specifications and lifted into storage.
