Installation instructions


1. It is recommended to install the radar flowmeter on the centerline of rivers and channels.
2. When installing, observe the bubble level so that the bubble is located in the center of the level, which can make the ranging radar beam perpendicular to the measured horizontal plane.
3. Within the irradiation range of the ranging radar beam, it should be kept unobstructed and unobstructed, and metal objects should be avoided nearby. If there are metal railings, handles, etc., the installation height of the radar flowmeter can be adjusted appropriately to avoid interfering objects.
4. The beam of the velocity radar is at an angle of 45 ° to the measured horizontal plane (by observing, the horizontal bead on the product surface can be in the center position), and correct water flow velocity information can be obtained in both the downstream and upstream directions, which can be flexibly selected according to the on-site environment. The radar wave irradiation area should be selected in areas with stable water flow as much as possible, avoiding exposure to water inlet, outlet, water flow drop, bends, and obstacle sections (with unstable flow velocity), which can affect the accuracy of flow velocity measurement.
