CZ758 calcium zinc stabilizer
A specialized calcium zinc stabilizer developed for high-speed extrusion and high filling of PVC, mainly composed of calcium salts, zinc salts, lubricants, antioxidants, and other main raw materials, and synthesized through a special composite process as processing raw material additives.
Product performance
1. Green and environmentally friendly: free of heavy metal elements (lead barrier), which can meet the requirements of the latest environmental standards of various countries (such as the EU RHOS directive, REACH directive, etc.).
2. Resistance to sulfurization pollution: In the field of PVC door and window profiles, products using composite lead heat stabilizers are prone to blackening due to contamination with sulfur and tin, while calcium zinc stabilizers are not affected by this phenomenon
3. Good system switching characteristics: It can directly replace lead salts and organic tin stabilizers. Converting traditional composite lead heat stabilizers to organic tin stabilizers will cause cross contamination and blackening of the product. Calcium zinc stabilizers will not be easily switched and blended for use.
4. Product characteristics: endow PVC mixture with good uniform plasticization and high-speed melting fluidity, making the surface of the product more bright, free of impurities, with efficient weather resistance, wide application range, low dosage, and in white products, the whiteness is higher than that of similar products.
