Plate production line

Conical twin screw extruder
The special screw and barrel, designed optimizationally, made of 38CrMoAiA, give the complete line many advantages of average plasticizing, steady extruding output, high yield, long live, etc. The barrel of extruder adopts cast Aluminum heater, cooling fan, and temperature electric-controlling meter.
Vacuum setting table
The main body of the cooling tank of the vacuum shaping table is all made of stainless steel, and the main shaping part is made ofbrass, steel or aluminum and chromium plating to reduce the friction between the profile and the sizing body wall and preventwear.
Plate tractor
