The high-speed mixer includes a pot cover, a jacket, a guide plate, a stirring paddle, a drive shaft, a discharge port, a cylinder, and a jacket. The upper end of the jacket is equipped with a pot cover, and the jacket is internally equipped with a jacket. One side of the jacket is equipped with a guide plate, and the bottom of the jacket is equipped with a stirring paddle. The stirring paddle is connected to the drive shaft, and the bottom of the jacket is equipped with a discharge port. The discharge port is equipped with a cylinder. The structure of this high-speed mixer is simple, ensuring that inorganic powder and organic materials can closely form a solid combination, making it easy to operate and maintain, and improving the production efficiency of the enterprise.

This machine is composed of a mixing pot, pot cover, flow plate, transmission components, discharge device, and other parts.

Mixing pot: multi-layer structure, divided into inner layer, outer layer, and interlayer. The inner layer is welded with stainless steel, and the barrel wall and bottom are all made of stainless steel. The arc shaped pot bottom has a smooth and hard inner surface, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and not easy to stick to materials. The pot wall is made of 304 stainless steel for durability

Pot cover: Made of cast aluminum, the inner surface is finely turned and polished, with exquisite workmanship. Install a filter element device at the exhaust port, and a hopper and discharge plug at the feed port.

Heating: Electric heating is used, and heat transfer is carried out through conductive oil. The friction between the surface of the impeller and the material, as well as the thrust from the side towards the material, cause the temperature to rise.

Transmission components: The stirring paddle is made of stainless steel and specially machined by machinery, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.

Spindle: After precision turning, grinding, and tempering treatment, the workmanship is fine. Three seals are used, including tetrafluoroethylene, gas, and skeleton oil seals, without powder leakage. The bearing adopts three major factory tile Halo D-grade bearings.

High speed mixer discharge device: Made of aluminum alloy, equipped with a pneumatic discharge door for automatic discharge. The cylinder is connected to the material door line, with reliable compression and excellent sealing performance.

 

This blade is mainly used on mixing and mixing equipment such as high-speed mixers, high-speed mixing units, and horizontal mixing units. Made of stainless steel material, it is integrally cast and refined through dynamic and static balance tests, with a special polishing treatment on the surface. It has the characteristics of good mixing effect, low machine vibration, low noise, long service life, good wear resistance, and no pollution to the mixture material.

The blades of high-speed mixers come in different forms - material pressing, full material pressing, internal pressure external pressing, etc. Suitable blades are selected based on the material properties.

The use of this blade for mixing materials results in shorter heating time and better mixing effect than ordinary blades.
