MSV-208 is a heat absorption and exothermic balance foaming agent. In Chemical decomposition, the heat absorption and exothermic are basically balanced, the induction period of gas generation process is short, and there is no mutation in decomposition (compared with ordinary AC foaming agent, MSV-208 has better controllability in the foaming process); The decomposition temperature, decomposition enthalpy, and decomposition rate of foaming agents are less affected by the foaming activator and additives in the resin formula, making the foaming process easy to control; The extruded wood plastic products using this foaming agent have a good cellular structure, lower density, and higher tensile strength The hardness of the crust can reach Shore D55-65 and the foam pores are fine and uniform. For thick walled products, there will be no discoloration of the middle layer, and pure white plastic foam products can be made.
