Small wall spraying machine

Pre job inspection and maintenance:
1、 Motor equipment: including the inspection of the motor, power supply and transmission line, electric control box, and all switches should be in a closed state.
2、 Lubricating oil: Check if the oil in the air compressor and main engine gearbox is sufficient.
3、 Check the hopper for debris and slag accumulation.
4、 Check if the spray hose, nozzle, and air duct are unobstructed and not blocked.
Inspection and maintenance during shotcrete operations:
1. Check whether all instruments, buttons, air pressure switches, ball brakes and motor temperatures are normal for electrical equipment
2. Check the sealing and fixation of the spray hose, nozzle, and air duct. There should be no signs of knots or damage on the air ducts and spray pipes.
3. Air duct system: Check joint sealing, fixation, air pressure, air volume, and working condition. 4. All bolts, nuts, and screws should be regularly checked for looseness, and any looseness should be promptly tightened (especially for the bolts of the electronic control box)
