The core component of ultra pure water system equipment is the reverse osmosis membrane component, which is usually composed of a pre-treatment part, a reverse osmosis host part, and a subsequent deepening treatment part.
1. When the hardness of the raw water is high, a fully automatic water softener can be selected, which effectively protects the reverse osmosis membrane and extends its service life.
2. The reverse osmosis host mainly consists of a high-pressure pump, membrane shell, imported reverse osmosis membrane components, online instruments, control electrical, etc. As long as the number of membranes and pump model selection are appropriate, the desalination rate and water yield of the reverse osmosis host can reach the rated indicators, and the effluent conductivity can be guaranteed to be ≤ 10us Below CM, (raw water conductivity less than 500us/cm, working temperature: 1-40 ℃)
3. The subsequent deepening treatment part refers to further deepening treatment on the basis of pure water produced by reverse osmosis to produce ultra-pure water, usually using ion exchange mixed bed equipment or EDI equipment. According to customer requirements, the water resistance can reach 18.2M Ω. CM. If it is applied to direct drinking water technology, a sterilization device can be added, usually an ultraviolet sterilizer or ozone generator, to ensure that the produced water meets the standard for direct drinking.
