The working principle of mobile pulse dust removal is as follows: Dusty gas enters the filter chamber from the dust collection hopper (or lower open flange), and coarser particles directly fall into the ash hopper or bin. Dusty gas is filtered by the filter, and the dust remains on the surface of the filter. Purified gas is discharged into the purification chamber through the filter, and then into the atmosphere through a fan. When the dust on the surface of the filter continues to increase, causing the resistance of the equipment to rise to the set value, the time relay (or micro differential pressure controller) outputs a signal, and the programmable controller begins to work. One by one, the pulse valves are opened, allowing compressed air to spray and clean the dust on the filter through the nozzle, causing the gas to suddenly expand. Under the action of reverse airflow, the dust on the surface of the filter quickly separates and falls into the ash hopper (or silo), Dust is discharged by the ash discharge valve. After all filters are sprayed and cleaned, the dust collector returns to normal operation.
