Production Line Process Flow

1. Mixer: used for mixing and stirring raw materials, with different production capacities and configurations. The mixing amount varies from 30-500kg/time

2. Feeding machine: uses a motor as the power for spiral conveying, ensuring convenient and fast feeding

3. Twin screw extruder: different models of DH65 70 85 90 95 110 125 145 extruder are selected according to different production lines. The output can vary from 100kg/h to 3000kg/h. Corn flour, cereal flour, bone meal, meat meal, etc. can be used as raw materials. The mold can be changed for specific product shapes. There are dry and wet methods to choose from for puffing.

4. Vibration screen: Use vibration to prevent product adhesion.

5. Elevator: Conveys feed to the oven, and the height of the elevator is determined based on the oven. Elevator type: PC conveyor belt, stainless steel chain plate, wind conveyor, etc

6. Drying oven: The oven is mostly a multi-layer circulating type, and the heating method can be selected: electric power, gas, oil, boiler, biological particles, etc. The temperature can be adjusted between 0-200 degrees by the control system. The interior is made of stainless steel double-layer mesh bags, and the baking time can be adjusted according to the speed. The drying oven can be customized in 3 layers, 5 layers, 7 layers, and 9 layers according to the production capacity.

7. Seasoning line: semi-automatic octagonal tube, single drum seasoning line, double drum seasoning line, fully automatic quantitative weighing seasoning line, configured according to production capacity and product properties.

8. Cooling and conveying: used for product cooling, convenient for packaging, single layer and multiple layers available for selection.
