The automatic tipping machine pours the bearing ring blank into the blank lifting silo in batches (automatic lifting machine) → The automatic lifting machine sends the blank parts to the automatic positioning mechanism through the slide → The robot grabs the blank parts from the positioning mechanism → The robot sends the blank parts to machine tool 1 → The robot takes out the workpiece processed by machine tool 1 → The robot loads the blank parts into machine tool 1 → The robot sends the workpiece taken out of machine tool 1 to the workpiece turnover table → The turnover table flips the workpiece → The robot grabs the workpiece from the turnover table and sends it to machine tool 2 → The robot takes out machine tool 2 The workpiece processed by the machine tool → the robot loads the workpiece from the flip table into machine tool 2 → the robot lays the finished product flat on the flat stacking pallet → the robot returns to the blank and grabs the next blank, and so on.

The control system can automatically set up spot checks on workpieces. The robot sends the workpieces to the spot check position, and manually picks up the workpieces to be inspected from the spot check position and moves them to the spot check table for inspection.

The second order fixture is equipped with air tightness detection. When the clamping air pressure is poor, the robot grabs the workpiece, blows air into the fixture and product, and then reinstalls the fixture. If the air pressure is still poor, the action stops. The robot stops in an upward vertical shape, forming a 1-shaped shape, and the red light flashes and beeps to alarm.
