SM5651/SM5652 piezoresistive pressure sensorSM5651/SM5652 is an OEM pressure sensor, fully calibrated and temperature compensated differential pressure dual in-line high performance pressure sensor.SM5651/SM5652 series is a high stability piezoresistive pressure sensor chip mounted on a ceramic substrate.
