1、 Introduction:
The YK43F stainless steel piston type gas pressure reducing valve belongs to the pilot piston type pressure reducing valve, consisting of two parts: the main valve and the pilot valve. By adjusting the spring pressure to set the outlet pressure, using a diaphragm to sense the change in outlet pressure, and adjusting the size of the flow area at the throttle position of the main valve through the pilot valve opening and closing driving piston, the pressure reducing and stabilizing function is achieved. Mainly used in gas pipelines, such as air, nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, liquefied gas, natural gas, and other gases.
2、 Structural principle:
The lower part of the main valve body of the piston type gas pressure reducing valve has a lower cover, main valve spring, main valve disc, and the main valve disc is supported by the main valve spring, making the main valve in a sealed state. The upper part of the main valve body has pistons, cylinder liners, etc; When the piston is under medium pressure, the gas pressure reducing valve pushes the main valve disc through the guide of the cylinder liner, causing the pressure reducing valve to open; The guide valve body contains a guide valve spring, guide valve disc, diaphragm, etc. The guide valve spring supports the guide valve disc and keeps the guide valve in a sealed state; The upper cover of the nitrogen pressure reducing valve guide valve is equipped with an adjusting spring and adjusting bolt, which is convenient for adjusting the required working pressure.
