Inspection principle

During testing, the hair is dissolved in buffer solution, and after adding the sample, the liquid is chromatographed upwards under capillary effect. Fluorescent substances emit fluorescence signals of a specific wavelength. Under the action of the excitation light source, the fluorescence analysis detector captures the excited fluorescence signals in the detection area (T area), converts the fluorescence signals and the set calibration curve into quantitative values automatically, so as to calculate the concentration of Tetrahydrocannabinol acid in the sample, and realize the quantitative detection of Tetrahydrocannabinol acid content in hair.
