A precision pressure gauge consists of a pressure measuring system, transmission mechanism, indicating device, and casing. The pressure measuring elastic element of the precision pressure gauge has been specially processed to ensure stable and reliable performance. After debugging with high-precision transmission mechanisms, it can ensure accurate indication. Precision pressure gauges are mainly used to calibrate ordinary industrial pressure gauges. Precision pressure gauges can also be used to measure the pressure of non corrosive, non crystalline, and non solidified media on materials such as copper alloys and alloy structural steel in the process site. The precision pressure gauge is equipped with a mirror ring (A-type and B-type) below the scale line, which makes the reading clearer during use.

1. It consists of a measurement system, an indication part, and a watch case part.

2. Measurement system - composed of connectors, spring tubes, and gear rotation mechanisms.

3. Under the pressure of the measured medium, the end (free end) of the spring tube is correspondingly displaced, and a connecting rod is used to drive the sector gear in the mechanism to generate an angular displacement, which causes the gear shaft to deflect and transmit it to the indicating part.

4. Indication part - composed of a dial, mirror (YB-201 type without mirror and pointer). The pointer correspondingly indicates the deflection value of the gear shaft on the dial, indicating the pressure value of the measured medium.

5. Case part - composed of a cover, glass, and cover. The lower end of the meter cover is equipped with a zero adjustment device for adjusting the zero position to maintain the accuracy of the zero value and reading.
