LUXB series intelligent precession vortex flowmeter

It is a new type of gas flow instrument developed and developed by our company, which has a leading domestic level. The flowmeter integrates flow, temperature and pressure detection functions, and can automatically compensate temperature, pressure and Compressibility factor. It is an ideal instrument for gas measurement in petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy and other industries.

1、 Main features of the product

No mechanical movable parts, less prone to corrosion, stable and reliable, long service life, and long-term operation without special maintenance;

Adopting 16 bit computer chips, with high integration, small size, good performance, and strong overall functionality;

L The intelligent flowmeter integrates the flow probe, microprocessor, pressure and temperature sensors, and adopts the built-in combination to make the structure more compact. It can directly measure the flow, pressure and temperature of the fluid, and automatically track compensation and Compressibility factor correction in real time;

The use of dual detection technology can effectively improve the strength of the detection signal and suppress interference caused by pipeline vibration;

Adopting domestically leading intelligent seismic technology, effectively suppressing interference signals caused by vibration and pressure fluctuations;

L The Chinese dot matrix display screen is adopted, which has many display digits and is intuitive and convenient to read. 3、 Flowmeter selection

Two principles should be grasped in the selection process; That is, firstly, to ensure production safety, and secondly, to ensure usage accuracy. To achieve this, three selection parameters must be implemented, namely the maximum, minimum, and commonly used flow rates in the near and long term (mainly used to select the nominal diameter of the instrument), the design pressure of the tested medium (mainly used to select the nominal pressure level of the instrument), and the actual working pressure (mainly used to select the pressure level of the instrument pressure sensor).

a. When the measured flow rate is known to be the operating volume flow rate, the appropriate nominal diameter can be directly selected according to the flow range in the table;

b. When the measured flow rate is known to be the volumetric flow rate under standard conditions, the volumetric flow rate Q under standard conditions should be calculated firstNConvert to the operating volume flow rate Qv, and then select the corresponding nominal diameter according to the flow range in the technical parameter table;

c. When both types of flow meters can cover the minimum and maximum volumetric flow rates, a smaller diameter should be chosen as much as possible with the permission of pressure loss;

d. Do not lower the actual minimum flow rate Qmin below the lower limit of the selected nominal diameter flow meter;

e. When there are special requirements for the flow range and nominal pressure, an agreement can be made to place an order.
