A DC socket is a type of socket that is compatible with a dedicated power supply for computer monitors. It is composed of a horizontal socket, a vertical socket, an insulated base, a forked contact spring, and a directional keyway. The two forked contact spring are positioned in the center of the base and arranged vertically and horizontally without being connected to each other. One end of the forked contact spring is a wiring port, which is exposed on the top surface of the base cylinder for connecting input power cords or soft cables. The other end of the forked contact spring is composed of two elastic arms interconnected by the base, and is set in the insulation base socket in the direction of DC plug insertion for use in computer displays to ensure normal operation.
