Process Introduction


l. Process of Congee products:

(4) Startup temperature: 50 ° C in Zone I, 160 ° C in Zone II, and 180 ° C in Zone III.


(5) After turning on the machine, add 500-800ml of water and start the automatic feeding mechanism to evenly feed. First, about 2kg of waste is discharged, and after a few minutes, a strip shaped puffed product with high dispersion of bubbles is extruded.


(6) Forming: Start the rotary cutting machine, adjust the speed, and cut continuous strip products into regular granules.


(7) The formed particles are transported along the conveyor belt to the dryer, with adjustable drying time and temperature. Generally, after drying, the moisture content of the material is below 7%.


(8) Crushing: Use a grinder to process the dried particles into 50-80 mesh puffed powder. When the particles are coarse, they are easier to adjust; When the particles are fine, the taste is better.


(9) Packaging: After the processing of excipients and seasonings, they are bagged separately or mixed evenly with the aforementioned puffed powder. Excipients and seasonings include sucrose, peanuts, sesame, walnuts, vegetable powder, refined salt, monosodium glutamate, spices, etc. (see product formula introduction for details).
