1、 The working principle of a coal powder burner: The coal powder is carried by the airflow and sprayed outward from the coal air duct at a certain diffusion angle. The combustion air from the outer neighbor transmits a considerable amount of momentum and moment of momentum. The swirling air on the inner side mixes with the sprayed coal powder airflow and spirals forward at high speed, meeting the high-speed axial flow airflow beam. The insertion of axial flow air beams further enhances the mixing of coal and air (including the surrounding secondary air), and can adjust the degree of flame divergence. It can adjust the length and thickness of the flame as needed to achieve the desired flame shape. The function of the central wind is to promote the combustion of a small amount of coal powder and CO in the central part, making the combustion more complete and playing a role in stabilizing the flow. Due to this combustion mechanism and the high speed of swirling and axial air, combustion is very rapid and complete.
2、 Performance characteristics of coal powder burner:
(1) The structural design is reasonable, and the flame adjustment is convenient. In addition to adjusting the air volume of the extraction air and the swirl air, the outlet cross-sectional area of the swirl air can also be adjusted to achieve the purpose of changing the outlet wind speed of the burner and ensuring the normal combustion of the fuel.
