Gas popcorn machine & electric induction popcorn machine for popcorn production line

Customers can choose for gas popcorn machine or electric induction popcorn machine according to their capacity, energy cost or power consumption. It can be combined with our production line to reach even bigger capacity up to 6 tons per day. If less productivity is required, it can also work along with a short production line with min. length 7 meters.

Only by adding different flavored sugar in the pot, will any flavored popcorns be ready in 10 seconds, without requiring any coating equipment.

German Siemens PLC system can automatically control heating power, heating time, agitation speed, mixing arm lifting, popcorn discharging, etc. Control buttons with waterproof press buttons.

Unique Mixing

German high technology is introduced for electric induction heating system, highly increasing heating efficiency and therefore shortening the popping process

Automatic Ignition

Source fire is ignited automatically with press button, and gas is also released automatically with electromagnetic valve to control precisely the required heating for popping.

Full Combustion

Pressure burner can provide strong flames with less gas consumption. Full combustion shows blue color flames. Thick fireproofing material provides good insulation of heating and prevent loss of heating energy.
