Degradable plastic nucleating agent FT-326
Overview: FT-326 is a nucleating agent specifically designed for degradable plastics. As an organic metal salt, adding about 0.5% FT-326 can solve the brittleness problem of polylactic acid, improve the tensile strength and elongation at break of the resin, and have no odor.
Scope of application: The nucleating agent is suitable for PLA; Biodegradable plastics such as PBAT and PBS.
Product Usage: Suitable for polylactic acid PLA degradable plastics. By changing the crystallization of PLA, the following effects can be achieved:
1. Shorten the molding cycle, improve production efficiency, and improve demolding performance;
2. Improve the dimensional stability of the product and reduce post shrinkage; Improve heat resistance and thermal deformation temperature;
3. Prevent internal stress cracking of the product, improve mechanical properties (increase tensile strength and hardness); Enhance product toughness and prevent brittleness
These improvements are not only effective in unreinforced materials, but also in glass fiber reinforcement, as they can form a more detailed and uniform crystal structure in the material.
