Component repair and maintenance editing startup inspection
After the rotary feeder is turned on, it is necessary to check the operation status of the transmission system. The noise during operation should be very low and there should be no abnormal sounds. The motor and reducer bearings operate reliably, and the temperature should be ≤ ambient temperature+70 ℃. The lubricating oil level should be between 1 tank and 2/3, and if the oil level is low, it should be replenished. Couplings and keys should be intact and undamaged.
Shutdown maintenance
Open the upper cover to check the quality and oil level of the lubricating oil. The lubricating sodium should be free of impurities and not deteriorate. If there are impurities, they should be replaced in a timely manner, and the oil level should be controlled at 1/2-2/3. Check the concentricity of the motor and worm coupling, and the concentricity deviation of the coupling spring should be free from breakage and intact. Check the coupling for any defects that may affect its operation, and the coupling should be free from severe wear. Check the wear of the keys and keyways, and ensure that there is no severe wear on the keys and keyways. Check if the reducer reduction bolts are tight. Check the reducer housing for damage or cracks. Check the rotor for damage.
Disassembly and maintenance of the gearbox
Remove the motor anchor bolts and separate the motor from the reducer. Remove the worm seat bolts and remove the support. Connect with an oil basin and remove the turbine chamber end cover to drain the oil. Remove the turbine positioning bolt and take out the turbine key. Remove the bolts from the wall panels on both sides, take out the wall panels, and take out the rotor. Take out the wall panel bearing. Remove the worm from the support and remove the bearing. Clean the turbine, worm, and bearings with cleaning oil (gasoline), and clean the worm support of the turbine chamber.
Motor installation and maintenance
Before installation, check the bearings and replace them if they are worn out of tolerance. Check the worm gear of the turbine. If it is severely damaged, it should be replaced. When installing the bearing, gently tap it into place with a copper or nylon rod. Install the bearing onto the worm, fill it with grease, and install it onto the worm support. Install the rotor into the casing, install the wall panels on both sides, install the bearings, and fill the outer bearings with lubricating grease. Install the turbine, install the key, and tighten the positioning bolt. Install the turbine support onto the turbine chamber, adjust the center, and tighten the bolts. Install the turbine chamber end cover and fill with oil to 1/2 to 2/3 of the position. Pay attention to the installation of the turbine chamber end cover gasket, which should be intact and not leak. Install the spring and worm coupling, install the motor on the support, adjust the concentricity, and tighten the bolts. When installing the worm, adjust the concentricity with the turbine to a deviation of less than 0.1mm. The concentricity deviation between the motor shaft and the worm should be less than 0.1mm. After installation, manually turn the gear to ensure smooth operation.
Single machine operation and commissioning
After assembly, conduct a pre operational inspection. Connect the power supply and start with no load. The operation should be light and fast, without noise, and the working current should be within the rated range of 40%~50%. After maintenance, it is ready for use
