IIRecommended process

1. Printing process: 300 mesh nylon or stainless steel wire mesh (flat for 3 minutes after printing).

2. Drying temperature: Infrared lamp or 150 ℃ oven.

3. Sintering temperature: 850-1200 ℃ (peak insulation for 5-10 minutes, cycle for 45-60 minutes).

matters needing attention

1. Safe use: If the slurry is accidentally swallowed, inhaled, or comes into contact with the skin, it is harmful. Therefore, it should be thoroughly cleaned immediately after use, avoiding contact with eyes, skin, or clothing, and not close to flames or combustibles. As it is flammable, it should be tightly covered when not in use to avoid inhaling volatile gases. Air circulation should be maintained during use.

2. This slurry does not need to be diluted. If it needs to be diluted, please use our company's diluent, and add no more than 5% by weight. Too much diluent will directly affect the performance of the conductive silver slurry.

3. The thickness of the printed circuit itself cannot be less than 4 μ m. Otherwise, the conductivity is unstable.

4. This slurry should be stored between 5 and 25 ℃ in a cool and dry place, with a shelf life of 12 months.
