Usage of Pipe Jacking Machine

1. Check whether all parts are normal before use.

2. When using, the regulations in the main parameters should be strictly followed, and overloading should be avoided. Otherwise, when the lifting height or tonnage exceeds the regulations, serious oil leakage will occur at the top of the oil cylinder.

3. If the oil volume of the manual pump body is insufficient, N32 # hydraulic oil that should have been fully filtered must be added to the pump before it can work. 4. Please refer to the instruction manual for electric pumps.

5. The center of gravity of the heavy object should be selected appropriately, and the point of application of the electric hydraulic top should be reasonably selected. The bottom surface should be leveled, and the soft and hard conditions of the ground should be considered. Whether to pad tough wood and place it smoothly should be considered to avoid sinking or tilting under the load

6. After the electric jack lifts the heavy object, it should be supported firmly with a support object in a timely manner. It is prohibited to use the electric jack as a support object. If you need to support heavy objects for a long time, please use YZL self-locking jack.

7. If several electric hydraulic jacks are required to lift simultaneously, please use TYZF synchronous jacks. In addition to correctly placing the pressure jacks, multiple top diverter valves should be used, and the load of each electric jack should be balanced. Pay attention to maintaining synchronous lifting speed. It is also necessary to consider the possibility of the ground sinking due to uneven weight, in order to prevent danger caused by tilting of the lifted object.

8. When using, first connect the quick connector of the manual pump to the top, then select the position and tighten the oil drain screw on the oil pump to start working. To lower the piston rod, loosen the manual oil pump handwheel slightly in a counterclockwise direction, unload the oil cylinder, and gradually lower the piston rod. Otherwise, excessive descent speed will create danger.

9. The hydraulic pressure of this electric hydraulic top system retracts. After lifting, it can be quickly removed, but the connected hose cannot be used to pull the pressure jack.

10. Users should never exceed the rated stroke when using it to avoid damaging the electric hydraulic top.

11. Avoid severe vibration of the jack during use.

12. Not suitable for use in workplaces with acid, alkali, or corrosive gases.
