1、 Vibration method: The production method of compacting concrete through different vibration capabilities, commonly known as vibration forming pipe making machine, is a reinforced and unreinforced cement pipe with a length suitable for 1-4 meters. It uses semi wet concrete as the raw material, and can be immediately demolded after vibration compaction of 1 meter. For pipes larger than 1 meter, the concrete needs to be demolded after solidification.
2、 Centrifuge method: A production method that uses centrifugal force to rotate and fit the mold in concrete before forming, commonly known as a centrifugal pipe making machine. The length of the reinforced concrete pipe ranges from 1 meter to 4 meters, using wet concrete as the raw material. It can be gradually lengthened by pre tensioning and increasing the concrete grade, and can be demolded after the concrete solidifies.
3、 Extrusion method: Production is carried out by rotating the pressure head and foot with power to lift and squeeze, commonly known as a vertical extrusion pipe making machine. The length is suitable for unreinforced skeleton cement pipes within 1 meter, using dry and wet concrete as the raw material, and can be immediately demolded after extrusion molding.
4、 Roller pressing method: The mold on the suspended roller shaft is filled with roller pressing, and then the production method is achieved by rotating and swinging the roller, commonly known as the suspended roller cement pipe making machine. The reinforced and unreinforced concrete pipe with a length of 0.8-4 meters is made of dry and wet concrete as the raw material, and the steel skeleton is added to the mold for roller pressing production. After solidification, the mold can be demolded.
