Characteristics

1) The rotor is built – in type, crushing more efficiently with uniform output size. 2) Forged hammers are symmetric homogeneous permutation, small vibration without blind angle, large crushing friction area. Wearing resisting material behind sieving has big wrapping angle. The blades are enhanced for better wear-resistance and longer service span. 3) After balance testing, rotor can work reversely.4) The draught fan's efficiency is maximized by faster pneumatic conveying and minimum wind resistance. 5) Arc side door ensures easy observation and replacement of the screen, without disturbing wind and flying dust.

Working theory

The three pass rotary dryer is made of three layer, inner layer, middle layer and the outer layer. It uses the hot wind as heat source. The hot wind enters into the dryer from the inner layer and comes out from the outer layer. On the surface of each layer, there are set many lifting plates. With the rotating of the dryer and lifting plates, the raw material will be constantly lift. Under interaction of the hot wind and the lifting plate, the material will achieve drying efficiency quickly. 

The raw material is fed into the inner layer. Under the action of the rotating dryer and lifting plate, the material will move to the end of inner layer and enter into the middle layer. Similarly, the material will enter into the outer layer. When it moves to the end of the outer layer, the material will collect by the bunker.
