Seawater aquaculture treatment process

As shown in the figure, first treat with a concentration of 0.1-0.5mg/L for 5-10 minutes, and then pass through an activated carbon tank until the ozone concentration is below 0.003mg/L before being used as feeding water.
Note: Seawater aquaculture requires the removal of ozone gas and strong oxidants generated through activated carbon tanks, which cannot be equated to freshwater aquaculture.

Process Description
The closed loop water treatment aquaculture system process is to improve the quality of seawater and provide a good growth environment for fish through phased treatment of seawater. The process includes:
1. Seawater filtration
Mainly through microfiltration, activated carbon filtration, and sand filtration, the water quality is updated.
2. Seawater disinfection
Using advanced ozone technology to kill bacteria and algae in seawater, degrade viruses in water, and prevent the occurrence of diseases.
3. Seawater oxygenation
Using pure oxygen to form fine bubbles through excellent injectors, increasing dissolved oxygen in seawater.
4. Seawater heating
Using a heat exchanger to regulate the temperature of the circulating water and provide suitable temperature for fish growth.
Engineering features:
1. The application of ozone can degrade organic matter, ammonia nitrogen, nitrite and other substances in water, and kill pathogenic bacteria and plankton in the water.
2. Greatly improve the survival rate of fish, shrimp, and shellfish breeding and aquaculture.
3. Significantly improve the conversion rate of feed, promote growth, and increase yield.
4. Avoid water pollution, such as red tide, industrial wastewater, domestic sewage, etc.
5. Avoid cross infection caused by pollution and viruses in surrounding aquaculture ponds.
6. Avoid water quality deterioration and pool bottom pollution.
