The equipment warranty period is one year from the date of delivery, with lifelong maintenance;

2. Troubleshooting

① After receiving a service call and receiving information about a malfunction in the user's equipment, provide a clear response to the user on the same day; Maintain equipment to ensure normal user use.

3. Quality Commitment:

① The provided equipment meets the requirements of your company's use, ensuring the safety, reliability, and stability of the equipment while ensuring that it meets the quality indicators of the provided technical documents.

② The supplier guarantees to the buyer that if the equipment malfunctions due to defects in design and manufacturing, as well as defects in materials, the supplier shall repair and replace the damaged parts for the buyer free of charge, with a warranty period of one year from the date of equipment delivery.

③ Under normal usage, the service life of the entire equipment is 6-17 years.
