Overhead insulated cableMainly used in the renovation of urban and forest power grids, this product has a simple structure and excellent mechanical, physical, and electrical properties. Excellent resistance to electrical traces, surface discharge, and atmospheric conditions. At the same time, when Overhead power line is used for long-distance power transmission in suburban areas, the cable inductance value is very low, and the line voltage drop is small. Do not add voltage boosting measures, which has high economic benefits.
Usage requirements:
1. The temperature during cable laying should not be lower than -20o
2. High and long-term allowable working temperature of cable conductors: cross-linked polyethylene insulation 90oC; High density polyethylene insulation at 75oC.
3. High temperature of cable during short circuit (long duration not exceeding 5S): cross-linked polyethylene insulation 250oC; High density polyethylene insulation at 150oC.
4. The allowable bending radius of the cable should not be less than: 20 (cable outer diameter+conductor outer diameter) -5%, mm
1、 Principle of overhead insulated cables:
The overhead insulated cable series products are composed of compacted copper, aluminum (aluminum alloy) conductors, internal shielding layer, weather resistant insulation material and external shielding layer. They not only have the power transmission characteristics of power cables, but also have strong mechanical properties of Overhead power line. Compared with bare wires, this product has the characteristics of small laying spacing, high reliability, and excellent atmospheric aging resistance.
