Direct addition method: In resins with good wettability, organic bentonite can be directly added. After stirring for one hour, add 2-3% polar solvents (such as methanol and ethanol), continue stirring to form a gel, and then add pigments and other oils for grinding.
Pre dispersion method: under high-speed dispersion, add 10 parts of organic bentonite in 87 parts of xylene, and then add 3 parts of 95% ethanol after mixing evenly. After mixing evenly, it is pre gel. Add it to the paint production. Add 0.1-1% of the total amount, and use it with CP-88 for better anti settling effect.
