Xiangtan Xiangke ZRPY series thermal expansion coefficient measuring instrument, high-temperature horizontal expansion instrument

This instrument is used to measure the expansion and contraction properties of metal materials, ceramics, glass, glazes, refractory materials, and other non-metallic materials in a high-temperature state during the heating roasting process.

Instrument reference standards: GB/T3810.8-2016 and ISO 10545.8-2014 Determination of linear thermal expansion of ceramic tiles, GB/T16920-2015 Determination of average linear thermal expansion coefficient of glass, GB/T3074.4-2016 Determination of thermal expansion coefficient of graphite electrodes, GB/T 7320-2018 "Test Method for Thermal Expansion of Refractory Products", GB/T4339-2008 "Determination of Characteristic Parameters of Thermal Expansion of Metallic Materials", etc.

Atmosphere protection or vacuum pumping can be selected according to user requirements (optional device, additional cost).

Main technical parameters:

1. Maximum furnace temperature: 1000 ℃, 1400 ℃, 1600 ℃, 1700 ℃ and other specifications are optional.

2. The heating rate is adjustable from 0 to 20 degrees per minute, and the temperature is controlled by a microcomputer program with a temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃;

3. Measurement of deformation range: ± 1.5mm.

4. The sensitivity of displacement sensor is 0.1um, and the range is Autocorrection;

5. The computer automatically calculates the coefficient of expansion, body expansion, and linear expansion.

6. Automatically record, store, and print data, and print temperature expansion coefficient curves.

The temperature spacing is freely set, with a minimum spacing of 1 ℃.

7. Automatically calculate the compensation coefficient and automatically compensate, or manually correct it.

8. Sample size: Ф (5-10) × 50mm, (5-10) × (5-10) × 50mm, both square and circular samples are acceptable;

9. Adopting linear bearing transmission to achieve friction free transmission of expansion value, with excellent transmission accuracy and repeatability.

10. System measurement error: ± 0.2%.

12. The ZRPY intelligent expansion instrument is connected to a computer to automatically control temperature, record, store, print data, and print temperature expansion coefficient curves. All experimental operations are completed through a computer interface, which is easy to learn and provides a complete set of software.

Instrument configuration: including one ZRPY thermal expansion coefficient tester host, one software set, one communication interface and data cable set, one standard sample, and one desktop computer (configured according to the contract).
