Product Overview

ATP5020P is a high-performance refrigeration type micro fiber optic spectrometer developed by AOP Tiancheng. It uses a high sensitivity backlit linear CCD, and the CCD uses semiconductor refrigeration technology. The CCD can work in a set constant temperature environment (up to -10oC), greatly reducing the noise of the sensor, achieving excellent signal-to-noise ratio (about twice higher than similar competitors), and improving the measurement reliability of ATP5020P, The measurement results do not vary with the ambient temperature.

At the same time, ATP5020P has specially customized an ultra-low noise CCD signal processing circuit, whose Quantization error is less than 3 counts, which is the best level in the industry.

The ATP5020P can receive SMA905 fiber input light or free space light, and output measured spectral data through the USB2.0 or UART port.

The ATP5020P only requires a 5V DC power supply, making it very easy to integrate and use.
