Nordson ASYMTEK's advanced calibration process injection technology (CPJ+) software and support tools are specifically designed for LED production. With the advanced calibration process spray technology (CPJ+), the calibration range of dispensing parameters, dispensing amount, tolerance target, and dispensing valve opening and closing time can be set in the program to ensure the consistency of the target colloid weight (required glue amount for each component) for each cavity.
