ZJL series insulation oil multifunctional oil filter
Purpose:
Suitable for the maintenance and installation of long-term operating power insulation equipment (such as transformers, oil switches, transformers, etc.), especially suitable for the regeneration treatment of severely inferior insulation oil, and can also be used for vacuum oiling and drying of transformer oil.
Features and advantages:
It has all the functions of dehydration, degassing, and impurity removal of a general vacuum oil filter, as well as the function of regenerating deteriorated insulation oil. It can effectively remove polar substances such as deep oxides and free carbon in the oil, and restore the comprehensive indicators of oxidation resistance, acid alkali water solubility, and other properties of inferior oil. Ensure that the water content, pressure resistance value, gas content, acid value, dielectric loss, etc. in the treated oil meet the standards.
The use of decolorizing agents can remove the color of dark aged transformer oil and generate a color similar to that of new oil. A flexible unloading device is designed, which has short time, fast effectiveness, and low dosage.
Under vacuum conditions, decolorization can greatly save the cost of regeneration treatment, and the waste residue does not pollute the environment and is harmless.

1. Strong magnetic filter:
Developed independently by Tongrui Company. Composed of strong magnetic properties and stainless steel wire mesh. The strong wind condensation system of Tongrui Company is conducive to the rapid cooling of condensable gases such as water vapor after the oil passes through the vacuum three-dimensional flash evaporation system into a liquid state, which is discharged through the drainage system and accelerates the oil processing speed.
Generally, manufacturers do not have a condensation system, and the water vapor evaporated from the vacuum flash tower directly enters the vacuum pump, causing rapid emulsification of the vacuum pump oil. At the same time, rust occurs inside the vacuum pump due to the effect of moisture, shortening the service life of the vacuum pump.
4. A vertical three-dimensional vacuum three-dimensional flash evaporation system, equipped with 3000 circular flash Bauer rings and flash tower plates, fully thinifies the oil and increases the evaporation area of oil and water.
