Product Details
·It is an ideal tape for connecting weather strips and/or gasket seals in automotive applications.
·Using hot start adhesive, it can adhere to EPDM/TPE materials without the need for primer.
·Immediate and long-lasting bonding can be achieved without the use of adhesive aids.
·Viscoelastic acrylic foam core has excellent permeability and can maintain the integrity of sealing.
·The pressure sensitive adhesive on the lining side is formulated for a rigid transparent coating paint system.
The 3M ST1200 acrylic reinforced tape sold by the company uses our hot start adhesive on a 1.2mm viscoelastic acrylic foam core. This adhesive is compatible with EPDM/TPE and various Santoprene ® The TPV material immediately forms a long-lasting bond. The pressure sensitive adhesive on the lining side is used for rigid transparent coating systems. The conformal foam core has excellent permeability for sealing automotive stripes and gaskets.
