Hydraulic oil press belongs to static oil production, which is a type of oil press equipment that uses liquid as the medium to pressurize raw materials and extract oil. The hydraulic oil press has the advantages of small footprint, simple structure, energy conservation, and electricity saving.
The base of a vertical hydraulic oil press is fixed with one oil cylinder, which is equipped with a cylindrical piston. The upper part of the piston is connected to the support plate as a whole. Pre press the blank into circular cakes, cover them with pie rings, and stack 20-40 circular cakes between the support plate and the top plate. A thin plate with holes is used to separate the two cakes, driving the piston upwards to generate pressure and squeeze the cake material out of the oil. After the squeezing is completed, the oil pump stops pressurizing, the piston descends, and after unloading the slag cake, the material cake is reinstalled to press and produce oil. This repeated intermittent oil extraction takes approximately 2-5 hours each time. When using an electric oil pump, it can form a circulating oil system and operate multiple hydraulic oil presses simultaneously.
