3A molecular sieve is a kind of alkali metal silica aluminate, it is also called 3A zeolite molecular sieve
Chemical formula:⅔K20-⅓Na20-AL₂O₃.2SiO₂.9/2H2O, effective pore size about 3A, mainly used for adsorption of water, not adsorption of any molecule with a diameter greater than 3A, according to the characteristics of industrial applications, it has fast adsorption speed, regeneration times, anti-crushing strength and anti-pollution ability, high High utilization efficiency, long service life, etc. It is the desiccant necessary for deep drying, refining and polymerization of gas-liquid phase in petroleum and chemical industry.

Application areas
01、It is used for deep dehydration and drying of raw material cracking gas in ethylene, propylene, acetylene and butadiene separation production equipment, which can dry cracking gas with temperature of 16±1°C, pressure of 3.2±0.1MPa and water content of 600-900PPm to make its dew point less than -55°C, and then enter the pre-cooling system of low temperature demethane tower.
